Description

We are seeking a Jr.

Privacy Analyst with demonstrated experience in Privacy Act compliance and System of Records Notices (SORNs) to join our team.

The successful candidate will support a federal client's privacy program by assisting with the development, review, and maintenance of SORNs, as well as broader privacy compliance and governance activities.

This position requires knowledge of federal privacy laws, policies, and procedures, along with the ability to interface effectively with senior privacy officials and program stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining SORNs in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular A-108.

Support the review and coordination of Routine Uses, data collections, and information sharing agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and federal standards.

Develop privacy documentation, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs), and risk assessments, ensuring consistency across privacy deliverables.

Conduct regulatory crosswalks between SORNs, PIAs, Agreements and agency policies to identify overlaps, gaps, or risks.
