You will work primarily on End-User Support in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Provide end-user technical support across client environments for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware, operating systems, and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
