We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to multiple clients across various industries, ensuring their IT systems are secure, stable, and optimized.
You will work primarily on End-User Support in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Provide end-user technical support across client environments for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware, operating systems, and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
