We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to take ownership of IT operations for our Arlington office, bringing strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), network administration, and cloud-based integrations.

The ideal candidate will manage the user identity lifecycle and ensure secure and efficient access to enterprise systems.

This role also includes administration and maintenance of the office's network infrastructure, managing cybersecurity platforms, conducting security audits, and providing user training on safe handling of sensitive information.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on troubleshooting with advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, authentication protocols, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches and wireless networks.

Manage cybersecurity tools, including endpoint protection, antivirus, vulnerability management, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and phishing simulation platforms.

Support cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) with a focus on authentication and access controls.
