About The Role Peregrine Technologies is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team.
In this role, you will serve as the frontline resource for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and systems administration across the organization.
You will assist end users with technical issues, help manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of core systems and applications.
The IT Specialist will work closely with the Senior IT Engineer and IT Manager to resolve escalated issues and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
What you'll do: Provide Tier 1 support and escalate to Tier 2 and Tier 3 as appropriate Support users on both macOS and Windows laptops, including initial provisioning, software installation, user configuration, and troubleshooting.
