Description

We are seeking a specialized Information Technician I to maintain the organization's digital archival records and materials.
This role typically involves working in a facility or warehouse where historical documents, records, photographs, artifacts, or other valuable materials are stored for preservation and access.
Provides archive help desk and inventory control support on enterprise multifunctional systems to include HP Content Manager or comparable enterprise content management system, scanners, etc.
Troubleshoots problems related to system software.
Reports findings to help desk and coordinates problem resolution with vendors as needed.
Prepares performance measurement management reports.
