We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team and contribute to our ongoing efforts to automate and optimize our systems.
What You'll Be Doing: Hands-on Support: Provide first-line IT support to our team, tackling hardware and software issues with a focus on finding long-term, automated solutions.
Automation Exploration: Assist in identifying repetitive IT tasks and explore opportunities for automation using scripting and other tools.
Scripting & Tooling: Learn and apply basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
System Maintenance: Help maintain and update our IT infrastructure, including workstations, software, and network equipment.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and update clear and concise documentation for IT processes and automation scripts.
