Responsibilities Complete investigations including interviewing program staff and persons supported, collection and review of relevant documentation, and determination of investigative findings.
Document investigative findings consistent with in OPWDD regulations using Form OPWDD 149 consistent with best practices Manage case-specific investigations’ process and documentation in OPWDD’s Incident Reporting Management Application (IRMA) as well as in any relevant, internal systems or tools.
