Are you an experienced technology security professional with deep expertise in database platforms, governance controls, and enterprise security frameworks? This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a major financial institution’s Infrastructure Security and Database Governance team, supporting the development, enforcement, and optimization of security controls across large-scale database environments.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for an Infrastructure Security Specialist/Database Security professional who will oversee database security governance processes, assess and validate exception requests, contribute to security standards documentation, and support enterprise risk initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in influencing stakeholders while operating effectively in fast-paced, enterprise environments.

Responsibilities Oversee, monitor, and enforce enterprise technology control frameworks and information security activities.

Participate in business-specific, cross-functional, and enterprise initiatives to identify risks and provide expert guidance.

Review internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities for enhancement and improved operational effectiveness.

Create, maintain, and update TSS/STIG standard documentation to support security governance requirements.

Educate stakeholders to promote a risk-aware culture and influence security-conscious behaviors across teams.
