About The Role Taktile is a high-growth, post product-market-fit start-up, on a fast trajectory to becoming market leader in the field of automated decisioning.
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform team tasked with building and maintaining our robust cloud infrastructure.
You'll be working at the intersection of infrastructure, engineering, and operations, creating systems that keep our platform scalable, reliable, and performant.
This is a hands-on technical infrastructure role with real impact: you'll architect AWS environments, implement infrastructure as code, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our cloud resources are secure and cost-effective.
What You'll Do Own AWS at scale: Operate multi-account AWS Organizations (SCPs, guardrails, budgets), IAM, networking, logging, and account vending.
Infrastructure as Code: Design, build, and maintain Terraform modules and CloudFormation stacks for core platform services and developer self-service.
CI/CD & automation: Create and maintain GitHub Actions workflows (build/test/release), reusable actions, and environment promotion.
Reliability & ops: Improve observability (CloudWatch, alarms, dashboards), backups, disaster recovery runbooks, and incident response automation.
