JOB STATEMENT: The Infrastructure and Systems Analyst position is responsible for development, implementation, and support of existing network computing services, specifically network applications and operating systems, to ensure an efficient and effective network computing environment.

They will assist team members with support, maintenance and optimization of core network services, devices, and communications systems.

They will work alongside other Infrastructure team members to provide logistical support, respond to queries, document changes, and assist with testing, assessment, diagnosis and resolution of network service outages and incidents.
