In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver truly innovative audio solutions.
We're seeking a designer who champions the end-user experience and understands evolving market demands throughout the product development lifecycle and strategic portfolio planning.
What you'll be doing: Your focus will be on translating market insights and user needs into compelling product visions and design strategies for our headphone portfolio (and loudspeakers).
You'll work hand-in-hand with the technical and design team, bringing your expertise in form, function, and user experience to shape the aesthetic and tactile qualities of our products.
The ideal candidate will leverage strong strategic thinking, profound consumer insight, and design innovation to craft products that resonate with producers, musicians, and creators, anticipating new use-cases in a rapidly changing industry.
Key responsibilities: Developing long-term design strategies and establishing a design system that unifies our portfolio and strengthens our competitive identity Liaising with Product Management, Product Design and the Technical Lead to convert designs into prioritized, actionable requirements, and coordinating with the Development team to realise your design vision Conducting user research and analysis specifically related to headphone usage, comfort fit, and interaction, to validate your design approach in pre-development stages.
Applying principles of ergonomics and human factors to ensure intuitive design for comfortable extended wear Leading and reviewing the adaptation of 3D-data CMF.
