This role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring users have the correct access while maintaining compliance with Identity Access Management (IAM) policies and security standards.
The position requires hands-on technical work, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
The IAM Analyst works under the guidance of the Lead IAM Analyst.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS This role will be focused on execution of IAM processes such as provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and troubleshooting.
The IAM Analyst contributes to process improvement and automation efforts, while gaining exposure to IAM technologies and best practices.
The IAM Analyst assists with IAM projects, developing scalable solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to implement secure and efficient access management practices.
Examples of Duties Duties And Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
