Are you able to manage a caseload of 15 individuals with various mental health support needs? Are you able to navigate the community to support individuals with different housing needs? Candidates must be committed to Housing First Model to support individuals with serious mental illness.
CRi is seeking a dedicated Housing Specialist to provide essential support to those living in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units.

What You’ll Do Direct Support: Work hands-on with individuals in PSH units, helping them develop independent living skills and maintain their apartments.
Service Planning: Support individuals in locating suitable housing accommodations.
Complete assessments and create personalized Housing Plans tailored to each individual’s strengths and needs.
Skills Development: Facilitate training programs focused on life skills, social determinants of health, and community engagement.
