We’re working with a leading, fast-growing specialist insurance business seeking an accomplished Head of Business & IT Change to drive strategic transformation across their broking operations.

This is a key leadership role, overseeing a diverse portfolio of business and technology change — from platform migrations and process optimisation to the integration of acquired firms.

You’ll shape and deliver the group-wide change agenda, ensuring technology, people, and process all move forward in sync to support ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity As Head of Change , you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives, ensuring projects align with business objectives and add measurable value.

Working closely with senior leaders across broking, operations, and technology, you’ll establish best-in-class change governance, build high-performing teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of how the business operates — from optimising core systems such as Acturis and Salesforce to improving data, digital, and operational capabilities that enhance client service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute a business and IT change strategy aligned with organisational goals.

Oversee large-scale transformation programmes covering M&A integration, target operating model design, and enterprise system implementation .
