Job Description Role Mission The Gucci Flagship Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Store Director by managing operational and administrative tasks at the New York Fifth Avenue flagship store.
This position embodies the brand's values and serves as a key ambassador, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and clients.
The Flagship Administrator is responsible for various administrative functions, including onboarding, expense processing, and event management, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities Coordinate the completion of all in-store new hire onboarding tasks, including ordering employee uniforms and IT equipment.
Process Concur expenses for management in line with Gucci policies.
