9910BR Student Affairs Counseling and Psychological Services Job Summary Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) is seeking to fill an opening for a Group Therapy Coordinator.

This is a full-time, on-campus position.

The Group Therapy Coordinator works within a multi-disciplinary team and reports to the Associate Director of Clinical Services.

The Coordinator provides goal-directed therapy services to RIT students, consults with families and RIT community members, provides educational and outreach programming, and supports the training of graduate trainees in mental health fields.

The Coordinator will also manage CaPS' group therapy program by identifying areas of need, collecting and analyzing data, and providing consultation and supervision regarding group therapy.

The successful Coordinator values a multifaceted approach to supporting student well-being involving strongly linked clinical and training efforts; collaboration with the campus community; mental health prevention/early intervention; and commitment to accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Start date is negotiable with preference for a start by January 13, 2026.
