The hourly range for this position is $31.34 to $33.15 and may be commensurate with experience.
Position Description: The Fair Housing Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring adherence to the Fair Housing Act across SOMEs portfolio.
This role involves overseeing the legal and equitable handling of rent and lease violations, ensuring all processes align with fair housing regulations and organizational policies.
Required: High School Diploma; 1-3 yrs.
Property, administrative, or compliance management experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 1-3 yrs.
