Job Title: ETL DATA Testing Location: Bethesda MD Duration: Fulltime Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Data Performance Tester to support a highimpact SaaS integration project focused on Salesforce migration The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data integrity performance and migration accuracy across multiple systems and environments This role demands strong coordination and planning capabilities to work effectively across crossfunctional teams Key Responsibilities Data Validation Testing Develop and execute test plans for premigration migration and postmigration phases Perform automated and manual validation of data completeness accuracy and consistency between source and target systems Conduct performance testing on data migration jobs and database operations Create and maintain test cases for onetoone data migration and reconciliation Validate transformed data against business rules and Salesforce schema mappings Coordination Planning Collaborate with business stakeholders data architects and engineering teams to define validation KPIs and reporting requirements Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure timely execution of test cycles and resolution of defects Facilitate planning sessions and standups to align testing efforts with migration timelines Reporting Documentation Generate functional and performance validation reports for internal and client review Document root cause analysis and corrective actions for failed test cases Maintain traceability matrices and test logs for audit and compliance purposes Support Deployment Assist in User Acceptance Testing UAT and provide hypercare support postdeployment Validate data loads during dry runs and parallel executions in production environments Required Skills Strong experience in data testing performance validation and reconciliation Proficiency in SQL ETL tools eg Informatica and Salesforce data structures Familiarity with Power BI BO reports and other reporting tools Understanding of APIbased data flows and OAuth authentication mechanisms Coordination Planning Proven ability to manage testing activities across multiple teams and geographies Excellent stakeholder communication and planning skills Experience in AgileScrum environments and tools like JIRA Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
