Title: Enterprise IT Director – Healthcare Data (Hybrid, Baltimore MD) Location: Must be located in DV, VA, MD, PA, or DE or be willing to relocate to one of these locations (relocation assistance offered) Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $198K–$225K About the Role We’re looking for an Enterprise IT Director to lead enterprise data modernization efforts for a major healthcare organization in Baltimore.
You’ll be responsible for driving the organization’s cloud-first data strategy, leading enterprise analytics architecture, and shaping governance across Epic, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other core systems.
What You’ll Do Lead modernization of enterprise data platforms and analytics strategy Oversee the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and Epic reporting ecosystem Define and implement enterprise data governance and architecture standards Drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, operational, and research data initiatives Partner with security, compliance, and leadership teams to enable safe, scalable data use Requirements 10+ years in IT and healthcare analytics, including 5+ in leadership roles Strong experience with Epic Data Suite (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle) Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma, Databricks
