Location: Toronto-661 University Department: Digital & Cyber Security Operations This posting is to fill a current vacancy.

The Role To develop and maintain the availability and reliability of PHO infrastructure applications and hardware, especially the specialized areas which are not supported by PHO's service provider.

This role will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's Microsoft 365 environment and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborates with M365 and Cloud Engineers to roll out new infrastructure, infrastructure applications and supports the implementation of new security applications and technology.

Develops and maintains security documentation, policies, and procedures.

Participates in security audits and compliance activities.

Stays up to date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Installs, configures, and maintains infrastructure applications including but not limited to Microsoft M365, Azure, Teams, Exchange, Defender, BitLocker, CRM, PowerBI, SharePoint and VEEAM Data Protection Tools which collectively support such functions as telephony, customer relationship management, configuration management, data repositories, web content management, secure remote access and data protection.
