About the role We’re looking for an Engagement Coordinator to join our team for 12 months to lead the planning and delivery of our community wellness programs and inter‑community events.
This role strengthens our capacity to deliver engaging, high‑quality experiences that bring our homeowners together and support our mission of improving community wellbeing.
What you'll do Bring community wellness activities and inter‑community events to life — from planning and logistics to seamless on‑the‑day delivery.
Create and maintain essential event documentation, including run sheets, timelines, and post‑event reporting.
Identify opportunities to enhance event design, delivery, and participant experience.
Ensure every event is safe, engaging, and aligned with our organisational goals.
Support the coordination of wellness initiatives and day‑to‑day program operations.
Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts across newsletters, social media, and internal/external communications.
