We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant Tallawong Service.
About The Role As an Early Childhood Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy.
You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.
This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).
Responsibilities Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Support educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
