Job Description: Our client, a global asset manager, is seeking an experienced Product Development professional to join a global team responsible for creating, structuring, and launching innovative private real estate investment solutions for institutional investors.

This role sits at the center of the product lifecycle and partners closely with investment, legal, tax, distribution, marketing, and senior leadership teams to bring new strategies to market across global channels.

Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional efforts to design and launch new private real estate funds Drive product structuring across closed-end, open-end, and evergreen vehicles Serve as a subject matter expert on fund structures, distribution channels, and regulatory considerations Manage the alternative product pipeline and support strategic growth initiatives Support fund launches from design through post-launch execution and operational readiness Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in asset management, product development, or real estate investment structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and execution mindset
