Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of People and Talent for a mission-driven national nonprofit advocacy organization.
This exciting onsite leadership role is based in Washington, DC .
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of People and Talent will oversee the full employee lifecycle while building and strengthening a culture rooted in equity and inclusion.
This leader will partner closely with the VP of Equity, Culture, and Talent and the COO to advance organizational culture and labor management relations.
The Director will manage a small team and play a critical role in stabilizing and enhancing HR processes in support of a dynamic nonprofit mission.
