Position Overview The Director of IT Applications Development and Business Intelligence provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise application portfolio, with particular focus on systems supporting finance, lending, and program delivery.

Reporting to the CIO, this role ensures that business applications meet today’s operational needs while evolving to support emerging capabilities—particularly those enabled by artificial intelligence—in partnership with the Director of IT Program Management and Director of IT Infrastructure and Security.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and execute a multi-year strategy for enterprise business applications that anticipates how AI is transforming software development, configuration, analytics, and operational support.

Guide the evolution from static, heavily customized systems toward configurable, composable platforms enhanced by AI-driven insights, automation, and decision support, while maintaining strong governance, data integrity, regulatory awareness, and human accountability.

Advise in translating business, financial, and lending requirements into scalable, future-ready application strategies.
