About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 13 Job Title: Director of Agile Practices Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Agile Practices who is dedicated to empowering teams to achieve their maximum potential while driving business transformation initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will coach and enable swift delivery of exceptional products, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your ability to mentor teams, engage senior leaders, and promote agility at the enterprise level will be crucial for success.

We are looking for someone who deeply understands Agile values, practices, and principles and can inspire teams and leadership alike to embrace them, effectively addressing and removing impediments to facilitate transformation.

Responsibilities And Impact Develop and implement a comprehensive Agile strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Create and define agile training’s and best practices for enterprise adoption Conducting training and coaching sessions for contiuous support to teams in adopting and maturing Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.

Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment between the organization’s mission, vision, goals, and the portfolio of technology initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Agile practices support effective decision-making and value delivery.
