Director, IT Operations | Hybrid in NY | One World Trade Center Berkley Hunt has partnered with a mission-driven investment and healthcare platform building the next generation of companies transforming population health.

They’re seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead technology delivery across the organization, driving service excellence, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled operational efficiencies that enable scale across a growing portfolio.

About the Role: You’ll oversee all IT operations across a cloud-native, agile environment supporting both the firm and its operating companies.

This hands-on, high-impact leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings, combining strategy, service delivery, cybersecurity, and AI innovation to help colleagues perform at their best.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the IT roadmap, manage vendor performance, and ensure seamless, secure technology experiences for all employees.
