Summary Of Position The Director of Database Platform Engineering is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data platform strategy, enabling scalable, secure, and high-performing data and analytics capabilities.

This role leads the transformation to a modern, cloud-based architecture centered on Snowflake, advanced ELT pipelines, and a standardized analytics platform using Power BI (Desktop and Embedded).

The Director partners with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights and customer-facing analytics while ensuring strong governance, reliability, and operational excellence.
