Job Title: IT/ Desktop Technician Location: Washington, DC- 100% Onsite from Day 1 Duration: 6 Months (Long Term) Job Description We need a self-driven, hands-on IT professional who can independently manage end-user support, print operations, and network monitoring all while keeping things running smoothly within defined SLAs.
What You'll Do PC & End User Support Set up, image, and configure computers for staff.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Active Directory, and support iOS/Android devices.
Provide AV and videoconference setup for events.
Print Environment Own and manage all MFDs across buildings.
Coordinate with vendors, handle upgrades, and ensure SLA compliance at all times.
Network & Monitoring Monitor LAN/WAN, servers, and communication links.
Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting and escalate incidents promptly per defined processes.
