We have a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our friendly team based in Berlin.

You will join our European IT Support Team.

Our onsite Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day support of users and IT equipment within a busy office.

This will entail managing the Office 365 environment, maintaining business applications and contributing to the efficient allocation computer hardware and software resources.

Your Key Responsibilities * Onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end users (software/hardware/network troubleshooting) * Work and collaborate with Desktop Support team and IT Infrastruture engineer to prevent system downtime * Equipment set up for new joiners * Responding to IT tickets and ensuring end users are kept up to date with progress * Ensuring employee desks are fully set up and working * Desktop performance monitoring and optimization * Manage and troubleshoot access to shared folders and shared printers * Oversee the procurement, setup and running of hardware and software for company needs.

Qualifications / Requirements To be successful in your application, you will need to have already gained some experience in providing desktop support, possess effective interpersonal skills and ejoy working with a wide range of customers.

Technical experience and capability in Lenovo hardware maintenance, Windows 10/11, Office 365 and DNS & DHCP systems is essential, as is good knowledge and understanding of Cloud applications.
