Who We Are Looking For Strong background in SQL Server Performance Tuning with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
Solid expertise in High Availability technologies including: Always On Availability Groups Mirroring Distributed Availability Groups Strong understanding of Backup & Recovery processes with direct involvement in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning.
Experience working across multiple SQL Server versions (2008 – 2019).
Solid grasp of database administration best practices.
Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and operations support (preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on automation and operational excellence.
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills SQL Scripting and Query Optimization Microsoft Azure database environment exposure Knowledge of automated SQL Server build processes What You Will Be Responsible For Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to SQL Server builds, automation, and operations.
