Candidates MUST be located in the Seattle, WA, Greenville, SC or Ontario, Canada Key Responsibilities Perform advanced database administration tasks for Sybase, MySQL, Vertica, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
This includes installation, configuration, replication setup, version upgrades, patch management, performance monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting.
Support both on-prem and cloud-hosted environments (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, etc.).
Forecast storage, IOPS, and compute requirements for current and future workloads.
