As a Data Operations Engineer at CTC, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, collaborating with cybersecurity experts, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) innovators, and enterprise architects across the company to build comprehensive cutting-edge data governance strategies and solutions.

You'll work with innovative data management technologies, state-of-the-art analytics platforms, and next-generation decision support tools that directly impact national security and defense readiness.

Your role will be instrumental in establishing CTC's authoritative "single source of truth" for enterprise data, implementing robust data quality frameworks, and ensuring compliance with critical standards including Capability Maturity Model Compliance CMMC Level 2, NIST cybersecurity guidelines, and federal data protection requirements.

You'll curate and protect sensitive data assets while enabling AI-driven insights that enhance our support to U.S.

warfighters and strengthen our competitive edge in the federal marketplace.

Working with our Chief Data and Information Officer, you'll help safeguard our national security mission, retain U.S.

technological advantage, and ensure the primacy of American manufacturing through secure, compliant, and intelligent data operations.
