About The Role As a Data Analyst on the Growth team, you will be at the forefront of understanding our customers.

You'll analyze user behavior, their lifecycle, and key metrics to help improve our products, features, and onboarding flows, with the ultimate goal of increasing customer conversion and retention.

Working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers, you'll translate business questions into actionable insights that directly impact decisions related to our Improving customer experience and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in banking products and services.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
