Description
Overview The Squires Group is seeking a Senior Level Control Systems Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Springfield, VA .
This is a key role supporting the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas by designing, developing, and supporting process control, automation, and communication systems for gas control operations and field assets, including plants and gate stations.
Due to client contract requirements, only U.S.
Citizens will be considered.
Candidates must be willing and able to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
Occasional travel may be required for field support or vendor coordination.
Responsibilities Engineer and implement hardware/software automation and control solutions for field facilities (plants, gate stations).
Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements for process control, communication, and information systems.
