About the Role Kolon TissueGene, Inc.

(KTG) is seeking a Contracts Manager to own and operate the full contract lifecycle across our clinical, research, corporate, and operational functions.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that sits at the center of how KTG gets work done.

You will be the primary administrator of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, the day-to-day partner to Legal, Clinical Operations, CMC, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams, and a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our contracting infrastructure.

In addition to core contracting responsibilities, this role supports our Board of Directors operations coordinating meeting logistics, compiling board materials, and assisting with corporate governance and recordkeeping.

It is a role that demands both operational precision and executive-level professionalism in equal measure.

What You'll Do Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution; drafting, review, redlines, routing, and signature coordination Serve as the primary administrator of KTG's CLM system, maintaining data accuracy, version control, metadata integrity, and timely contract entry Draft and review routine agreements including CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor services agreements, consulting agreements, amendments, purchase agreements, and clinical-related contracts, under attorney supervision as needed Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and apply approved templates and playbooks consistently Track contract status, manage deadlines, and maintain contracting dashboards and reports to ensure operational visibility across the organization Support Legal and business teams in negotiations by preparing redlines, identifying risk areas, and coordinating subject-matter expert responses Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive process efficiency and consistency Assist in vendor and consultant onboarding, including documentation management and compliance verification Support audits, due diligence requests, and regulatory inspections by organizing and producing contract documentation as needed Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contracting processes, CLM use, and best practices Support Board of Directors operations including scheduling, logistics coordination, compilation and formatting of board presentations, maintenance of board documentation, and assistance with corporate governance and recordkeeping What We're Looking For 3+ years in contract administration or contract management — biotech, pharma, or life sciences experience strongly preferred Hands-on CLM platform experience — implementation or administration experience a significant plus Bilingual fluency in Korean and English — essential for this role Experience drafting and reviewing routine agreements (CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts) Working knowledge of life sciences contracting (CROs, clinical vendors, labs, consultants) Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification or related coursework preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document management tools High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information — including board-level materials Why KTG Kolon TissueGene, Inc.
