Location: NYC/NJ (remote-first, occasional in-person content shoots required) About the Role: We’re looking for a highly creative and beauty-obsessed Content Creator Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship starting May 2026.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in content creation who can independently produce high-quality, engaging videos that feel native to TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll be responsible for bringing our products to life through compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversion.

This role is primarily remote but requires the ability to travel on-site to our NJ office and NYC sets for content shoots when needed.

Key Responsibilities: Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) featuring ESW Beauty products Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing content (UGC-style + elevated brand visuals) Execute on trending formats while maintaining strong brand storytelling Edit all content using CapCut (must be highly proficient) Film content both at home and on-site as needed Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and creative direction Continuously test hooks, formats, and creative approaches to drive performance Stay up to date on beauty, skincare, and social media trends Qualifications: Must have prior experience in content creation (portfolio or social links required) Strong passion for beauty and skincare content Highly proficient in CapCut (required) Must have an established at-home content setup (lighting, clean aesthetic background, strong camera quality) Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, pacing, and hooks Comfortable being on camera and/or creating product-focused content Must be based in NJ or NYC and able to travel on-site when needed Self-starter with strong execution skills and attention to detail Job Information Internship (6 months) Start Date: May 2026 Compensation: $20/hour Location: Remote-first, with occasional in-person filming required (NJ/NYC) Hours: Ideally full-time (40 hours/week), though part-time availability is also acceptable Benefits Hands-on experience with a fast-growing, retail-backed beauty brand Opportunity to build a strong portfolio with real brand campaigns Creative ownership and ability to bring ideas to life Work closely with a passionate and collaborative team Opportunity for full-time employment post-internship Paid holidays
