We invite you to explore the position below and to submit your application to join our team! The Conflicts Researcher is responsible for researching potential conflicts of interest as a key component of the law firm’s new business intake and lateral hiring processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Performs quality control reviews of client/matter intake, including reviewing and analyzing client/matter intake submissions to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and adheres to established policies and procedures.

Performs conflict of interest searches for clients, matters, and/or other new business, using Intapp, the Firm’s conflicts and intake database.

Performs conflicts of interest searches for lateral attorney candidates and incoming Staff, Project Attorneys, and Summer/Fall Associates, using Intapp, the Firm’s conflicts and intake database.

Reviews and analyzes conflict of interest reports to identify false positive hits; adjusts search terms and search strategies, if necessary.

Conducts factual research using internal and external resources, which may include researching corporate relationships and discussions with attorneys and/or staff to gather information and/or clarification regarding a party or matter.
