This position can be Hybrid (In-office 3 days per week) or Fully Remote – Offices include Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; Atlanta, GA; Urbandale, IA; New York, NY; Toronto, ON; and other US/Canada locations considered.

Role Summary: As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in helping Marsh & McLennan colleagues comply with laws and regulations while upholding the highest ethical standards.

You will independently manage projects and collaborate across teams to build a strong culture of compliance.

You will focus on key areas including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Trade Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, Public Sector Regulations, Risk Assessments, Privacy, and Data Protection.

Within the Governance and Operations unit, you will drive efficiency, deliver insights, and align compliance programs with risk and monitoring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day compliance program operations including issue resolution, monitoring, reporting, and remediation.
