Community Service Field Officer – Casual Talent Pool Creation Metro East Community Corrections District Corrective Services NSW Location - Bankstown, Campbelltown, City, (Darlinghurst), Fairfield, Leichhardt, Liverpool, St Leonards, and Sutherland Employment type - A casual pool will be created for Metro East District ONLY Salary - $46.3567per hour (Clerk Grade 3) Your role As a casual Community service field officer, you will play a key role in supervising and managing offenders serving community service orders while coordinating the logistics and operations of community service worksites to ensure safety, compliance, and accountability.

What You’ll Do As part of the Community Corrections team, you will supervise offenders during community service, ensuring their safety and adherence to safety protocols.

You will direct tasks, monitor behaviour, and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety standards.

Additionally, you will collaborate with community agencies and provide transportation for offenders to and from worksites.

You will be part of a supportive team committed to enhancing community safety and promoting offender rehabilitation within a dynamic and engaging environment.
