Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team in Washington.

The Communications Coordinator will assist in managing day-to-day communication projects, coordinating events, and supporting internal and client communications initiatives.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday Location : Washington, DC Pay Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour Responsibilities Assist in coordinating communication and outreach initiatives across departments Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and written correspondence Maintain company and client documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization Coordinate meetings, events, and communication schedules Handle incoming inquiries and provide clear, professional responses Assist in preparing internal reports and communication materials Provide administrative and project support as needed Qualifications Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional and proactive attitude Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career development and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative work culture
