Description
Cloud Engineer – Tokyo (Hybrid Remote Work) Job Type: SRE / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer Location: Tokyo (Hybrid Remote Work) About the Company This company integrates Promotion, IT, and Business to support client success across multiple domains: Business Domains: System Development: End-to-end web system development, responsive layouts, cross-platform applications, and high-availability systems.
Includes server and cloud management services.
Video Production & Event Planning: Planning, scripting, filming, and editing for various media, from large-scale events to online content.
PR and Promotion: Strategic PR services using a PDCA cycle to ensure effective campaigns and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Build, operate, and maintain web system infrastructure Design and implement cloud-based systems in AWS Create and manage production environments using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) Support system modernization, migrations, and cost optimization Implement serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment flows Design monitoring systems using tools like Datadog and PagerDuty Requirements Must-have: Experience building and operating web system infrastructure or cloud-based systems Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms Hands-on experience with IaC Japanese language fluency Nice-to-have: Experience with automated testing, deployment flows, and continuous system operations Performance tuning of legacy systems Experience designing and implementing monitoring services Ideal Candidate: Embraces autonomy and responsibility Proactively seeks improvement and accepts challenges Communicates effectively and fosters mutual respect in teams Shares knowledge and contributes to a collaborative work culture Conditions Employment Type: Full-time, Regular Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000 annually Remote Work: Hybrid Remote Work Flextime: Yes Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, End-of-Year/New-Year, Special leave Benefits: Health and Unemployment Insurance
