Your mission As Chief of Staff, your priorities mirror the CEO’s.
Your objective is to improve the CEO’s operating leverage so Lyceum moves faster.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution: running cross-functional initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, managing internal cadences, and stepping into whatever gap the business needs filled next.
At our stage, that means plugging gaps that don’t have a natural owner, spearheading strategic projects, and acting as a connective layer across the leadership team.
