Position Summary (Eligible for Hybrid/ 3 days in office after 90 day introductory period- Alexandria, VA) Overall responsibility for directing, planning, coordinating, managing, and evaluating information systems for United Way Worldwide.

Responsible for the efficient coordination of information systems strategy across the United Way Network as well as ensuring effective internal business continuity of information technology operations on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties Of Position An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level: Lead the strategic plans and business objectives of United Way Worldwide from technology and information infrastructure and architecture perspectives.

Develop and implement collaborative planning processes and coordinate technology and information resources planning in conjunction with the major strategic leadership groups across United Way Worldwide.

Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced data analytics platforms that can enhance United Way's mission delivery, operational effectiveness, and cost efficiencies.

Lead and/or partner on initiatives that leverage technologies to improve service delivery and impact measurement.

Maintain awareness on technology trends in the nonprofit sector and translate innovations into practical applications for United Way.

Oversee the translation of information systems and technology vision and strategy into Team strategies, tactical plans, and initiatives.
