Federal Government research project.

This is a non-sales role focused on accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities Conduct scripted telephone surveys Accurately document verbatim responses Perform follow-up calls as needed Handle difficult respondents professionally Maintain familiarity with survey programs Minimum Qualifications U.S.
