Join us as a Cash & Liquidity Specialist – Wealth & Investment Management, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and strategic cash and liquidity solutions to our global client base.

As part of Barclays’ mission to set a new standard in PBWM, you will work at the intersection of technical knowledge, product innovation, and relationship with key stakeholders — maximising the Bank’s earnings through consultative sales and tailored advice.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Intermediary and Corporate Relationship Teams across jurisdictions, contributing to product development and enhancing sales processes.

You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and CFOs, to capture new business opportunities and protect existing income streams.

Your ability to sell multi-layered solutions, prepare and present compelling proposals, and build long-term client relationships will be key to your success.

You’ll bring a deep understanding of value and deposit propositions, connectivity, and the economics of how banks operate.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with bankers, private bankers, and senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with data interpretation capabilities.
