Cargo Clerical Staff at Dnata
Description
Mascot, NSW Sydney T1 Cargo are seeking a number of clerical staff join the Sydney T1 team.
These roles are to supply demand at our Cargo warehouse and will be required to work shift work including; early starts, late finishes, nights, weekends and public holidays.
The purpose of this role is to perform airfreight and associated clerical duties as directed in a safe, efficient and productive manner in accordance with dnata Airport Services policies and procedures and within the regulations as set out by statutory bodies.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are (but not limited to): Import Related Functions Processing of customer collections ULD documentation processing Completion of UCR Security compliance Ability to learn and use Hermes system.
Processing of empty ULD returns Ability to learn and understand ABF & DAFF regulations Personal Effect phone outs and ability to relay information for collection.
Processing of Interline Trucking requests and adhere to procedures.
Compliance to Airline requirements Processing of Domestic cargo transfers Processing of Pharma shipments and documentation compliance Export Related Functions Ability to learn and understand security compliance – EACE Processing of export cargo deliveries.
