Analyze existing operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria that guide solution development.
Promote Product Vision: Work closely with product management to own the product vision for your area, ensuring alignment with Polly’s overall strategy.
Be the domain expert, staying ahead of market trends and continuously refining the vision to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Prioritize & Plan: Evaluate and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with product management.
Manage the product backlog to ensure effective sprint planning and timely releases, setting and managing expectations around timelines and any necessary adjustments.
