THE WORK: We are seeking a Business Systems leader who is passionate about building scalable financial systems, enabling automation, and solving complex integration challenges.
This role will be a key part of Ripple’s Finance Transformation journey—powering integrations, reporting, and entity onboarding! A core focus will be supporting M&A integrations, ensuring acquired entities are seamlessly transitioned into Ripple’s Oracle ERP and financial ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Integration Development & Support Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, boundary applications (Workday, Coupa, banks, billing platforms, crypto systems), and reporting tools.
