We are seeking a passionate, collaborative process design expert to support process mapping, process improvement, and service transformation enabled through our Digital Transformation Program.

What you’ll be doing: The TechnologyOne implementation project will require the Business Process Analyst to play a crucial role in identifying and analysing organisational processes affected by the system implementation.

They will work closely with Subject-Matter Experts and the broader business to map target state business processes using Business Process Modelling techniques.

The responsibilities will include capturing business requirements and developing User Stories/Use Cases Develop target state process maps utilising various sources including technical documents, subject matter experts and business stakeholders Assist in workshops and collaborative sessions to assess the change from current to target state business processes and roles.
